Return Policy

If you’d like to return your order, please email usvip@patricks.com.au within 30 days of purchase, stating the reason for the return. How we handle it depends on the condition of the item:

Unopened items: Items returned with all security seals intact are eligible for a full refund of the product price.

Opened items: Items returned within 30 days that have been used or opened, or where security seals are broken, are eligible for a credit note for the product price.

Faulty items: If an item is faulty, you’re entitled to your choice of a refund or replacement within 30 days.

For change-of-mind returns, the original outbound shipping and the cost of returning the item to us are non-refundable. These amounts, along with any processing fees, will be deducted from the refund or credit. For faulty items, we cover return shipping and refund shipping costs in full.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method and processed as promptly as possible. Our 30-day return policy applies only to products purchased from patricks.co. If you purchased from a third-party retailer, returns are at their discretion; please contact them directly.
