Every dollar you spend with PATRICKS adds a point to your balance. There are also bonus points to earn through activities like following us on Instagram, subscribing to our YouTube channel, or even having your birthday. To redeem them, select the number of points you’d like to exchange for credit, and you’ll get that amount off your next order. Points are automatically allocated to your account as you earn them.
WHAT ABOUT THE LOYALTY TIERS?
The loyalty tiers are based on your lifetime spend with us – the higher you go, the better the rewards you can get – a welcome gift, bonus points for orders over $200+, and even early access to our newest releases.
DO MY POINTS EXPIRE? WHAT ABOUT MY TIER?
Your points last for a whole year, and every time you redeem, we’ll take your oldest points first. Your tier status never goes down - even if you don’t place an order for a while, you’ll pick up right where you left off.

HOW DO I REDEEM POINTS?
Redeeming points is easy - once logged in, go to your wallet and click 'spend credit'. There, you can choose how many points to redeem. You can choose from 200 Points = $10, 500 Points = $25, 1000 Points = $50, 2000 Points = $100 or 5000 Points = $250. Once you redeem, that discount will be applied to your next order.
