Firstly, I hate lip balm. Literally every one I've tried either feels like wax or just doesn't work and requires application 10-20 times a day. I can't remember if I got this product for free or a discount, but that's the only reason I got it. I had zero expectation of liking it. But the first time I used it, I was blown away. I applied LB1 because my lips were starting to crack with cold weather beginning. One time...that's it. Stopped the cracking, never applied again the rest of the day. I completely forgot about my lips being dry. Don't know if everyone will have the same result, but I use it one time a day and don't need any reapplication. There's a slight feeling of waxiness that goes away in seconds. I can tolerate that for the results I get!
