FW1: Massage 1 to 2 pumps into face and neck in a circular motion. Rinse.
FS1: Massage a finger nail worth into face and neck in a circular motion. Rinse.
NS1: Apply 1-2 drops to clean, dry face at night. Finish with moisturizer if skin feels dry. Recommended to start using 1-2 times a week, Building to 7 if no irritation occurs.
