Test Pilots
Test Pilot Program
Before We Release a Product, Our Test Pilots Try to Break It.
Before anything launches, it goes through our Test Pilot Program. A group of guys from all walks of life who we send our new products, formulas and packaging and ask them just one question. How could we make it better?
Sometimes it's a small tweak. Sometimes it's back to the drawing board. Either way, their feedback has helped shape every product we've released. Except that one guy who told us he didn't like Tom Ford. He's not a Test Pilot anymore.
