They talk about actives – we put them in. After shampooing, massage a pump or two into your hair and scalp and leave it in while you wash your body, rinsing out right at the end of your shower.

"Not the cheapest, but if you take the time to research the ingredients (I cross-checked outside of the PATRICKS site just to be certain), you'll see why, in my opinion, the price is justified. From what I can see, these guys are using the best ingredients that some other hair loss shampoos MAY contain - but certainly not so many in one product. It feels AMAZING on your hair, and although I can't be 100% certain as it's only been around three weeks, I'm pretty sure my hair is already looking thicker or at least in better condition! Feeling very optimistic about continuing to use it, and I've found a little goes a long way!"

    Amazing duo

    From the first wash, you could feel it working. My favourite product that got me hooked on Patricks other products. The smell delicious and leaves your hair feeling amazing. Worth the price tag.

    I love it but...

    I'd like a more comprehensive explanation between the two (see photo). I feel from personal use they are both just as effective. I definitely think SH+ has a more premium feel but it's like Ferrari vs Lamborghini when i find myself using SH1 vs SH+.
