The product itself earns every bit of its premium reputation — the scent is excellent and it performs exactly as promised. But if you travel with any regularity, the packaging is a real problem. The lid does not seal reliably in a carry-on or a checked bag, and I’ve had it leak on multiple trips, ruining the product and whatever it was packed next to.

I get that this isn’t marketed as a travel product. But plenty of us buying at this price point are professionals who live out of a suitcase — flying weekly, packing premium grooming products because we expect them to perform under normal travel conditions, not just sitting still on a bathroom shelf. A cap or seal that can’t handle a pressurized cabin or the inside of a checked bag isn’t a minor inconvenience; it’s a packaging failure that undercuts an otherwise excellent product.

At this price, the container should be engineered as carefully as the formula inside it. Fix the lid, and this becomes a product I’d recommend without hesitation
