For a number of years I have been using another brand of thickening shampoo that also provided density. I stopped using it because I didn't like the way my hair looked after my shampoo. I checked in with either Esquire or GQ to see what their recommendation might be. I don't remember which publication, but your product was ranked "best" for hair thickening. So, I weighed other options (price was not the primary factor) and decided to order the SH1 Daily Thickening Shampoo. I'm 76 years old and losing hair for several years. I didn't expect this product to change my hairline or number of hairs on my head. What expected was a shampoo that would help make my hair look the best that it can. SH1/Daily Thickening Shampoo has done that for me.

After using, my hair definitely feels less wispy and fine. It’s only been a couple of weeks. Not clear yet on whether there is a cumulative effect hence 4 stars, but so far so good
